Shipping Policy
- Orders placed before 10am (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.
- Orders are fulfilled by Ninjavan and are usually delivered within 2-4 days.
- During high-traffic sales periods, shipping and delivery times may be extended.
- Your tracking ID and tracking link will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
- To track your order, enter your parcel tracking ID at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg.
- Ninjavan offers three delivery attempts free of charge. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Once an order is placed, we are not able to amend or cancel your order.
- Island Run Club holds no responsibility for any loss of items resulting from entering a wrong delivery address.
- All orders are shipped from Singapore.
- No customs charges, duties or taxes on any local orders.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
