  • Orders placed before 10am (GMT+8) are shipped on the same day.
  • Orders are fulfilled by Ninjavan and are usually delivered within 2-4 days.
  • Your tracking ID and tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

  • Ninjavan offers three delivery attempts free of charge. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
International Shipping Policy

  • Orders are fulfilled by Fedex and shipping times vary by region. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your selected shipping option.
  • Your tracking ID and tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

  • Customs duties, import taxes and tariffs are not included in your order. Any applicable charges imposed by your local customs authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your parcel is subject to customs inspection, any applicable duties, taxes or fees must be paid before the parcel can be released. Island Run Club does not cover these charges and is not responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures.
