Orders placed before 10am (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.
Orders are fulfilled by Ninjavan and are usually delivered within 2-4 days.
During high-traffic sales periods, shipping and delivery times may be extended.
Your tracking ID and tracking link will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Ninjavan offers three delivery attempts free of charge. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

Once an order is placed, we are not able to amend or cancel your order.
Island Run Club holds no responsibility for any loss of items resulting from entering a wrong delivery address.
