  • All items (except nutrition and consumables) are eligible for a free return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns or exchanges must be made in-store.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Island Run Club reserves the right to reject returns if the item or packaging isn't in resaleable condition.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
How To Return Your Online Order
  • Complete the return or exchange form accurately.
  • Bring your item along with your order confirmation email to the selected return location. 
  • Once our staff has verified your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How To Exchange Your Online Order
  • Complete the return or exchange form accurately.
  • Bring your item along with your order confirmation email to the selected return location. 
  • Once our staff has verified your return, you may select any item in store to offset your purchase.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • Products purchased at our retail stores are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the receipt date, subject to stock availability.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Island Run Club reserves the right to reject returns if the item or packaging isn't in resaleable condition.
How To Exchange Your In-store Purchase
  • Bring your item along with the proof of purchase to the store within 14 days.
  • Once our staff has verified your item, you may select an item you wish to exchange for.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, no refund will be provided.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
