Can I reserve an item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve any stock for you. Instead, you can simply place your order, choose in-store pickup, and your items will be ready within 2 hours.
Where is my $20 off first order discount?
You will receive a voucher in the email that you use to sign up to our newsletter. Be sure to check your junk mail.
If you still have not received it, drop us an email at hello@islandrunclub.com and we will sort it out for you.

I have multiple discount codes. How do I combine them?
We only accept 1 discount code per order. Be sure to use them wisely.
Online Orders, Returns & Exchanges
What is your online return policy?
All orders (except nutrition and consumables) are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.
Island Run Club reserves the right to reject your return should the item, its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
What is your online exchange policy?
All orders are eligible for a free exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been verified, you may exchange it for an item of your choice.
If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
How do I return or exchange my online order?
- Complete the return or exchange form accurately.
- Bring your item along with your order confirmation email to the selected return location.
- Once our staff has verified your return, you may either choose a refund or exchange for an item of your choice.
- If you select a refund, the amount will be will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. If you exhange for an item of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
How long will it take for my refund to be issued?
Once your return has been verified, you will receive a notification of your refund. You can then expect your refund to be credited back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Can I change or cancel my online order?
We are not able to change or amend your order once your order has been confirmed.
I placed an order with the wrong delivery address. Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change your delivery address. We strongly advise that you check to ensure your details are entered correctly before placing your order.
Island Run Club holds no responsibility for any loss of items resulting from entering a wrong delivery address.

In-store Purchase, Returns & Exchanges
What is your in-store return & refund policy?
Products purchased at our retail stores are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What is your in-store exchange policy?
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the receipt date, subject to stock availability.
Returned items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Can I exchange for an item of a different value?
If the exchanged item is of lower value, no refund will be provided. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
I lost my receipt. Will you still be able to exchange my item?
Simply provide a estimated date and time of purchase and we'll be able to sort it out for you.
Product Warranty
What does your warranty cover?
All products under warranty are fully covered against defects in material & workmanship under the ownership of the original buyer.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper fit, improper care, negligence, laundering, wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Alteration of the product voids any valid warranty.
